Vegan chocolate chip coookies

COOK: about 10 min per tray @ 190 ° C

all ambient temperature
50 g coconut oil (or other)
200 g sugar
1 pinch vanilla seeds
60 ml thick coconut milk
60 ml apple-sauce
340 g all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
175g vegan chocolate (or raisins, dates or nuts or…)
some flaky salt 



  • beat coconutoil, sugar and vanilla until well combined
  • Add coconut milk and apple-sauce mix well
  • Add flour, bakingpowder and salt, stir with wooden spoon
  • Chop then chocolate (keep some chips aside) and fold them into the mixture
  • Line baking tray with baking parchment
  • Roll dough into thick rolls (∅ 6 cm) and cut into slices. 
  • Place on tray
  • Add extra chocolate chips on top
